Investment Philosophy
The strategy normally invests at least 80% of the value of its net assets in equity securities, or other investments with similar economic characteristics, of companies with large market capitalizations.
The portfolio managers emphasize individual security selection while diversifying the strategy's investments across industries, which may help to reduce risk. The portfolio managers attempt to identify established large capitalization companies with the highest growth potential, and then analyzes each company in detail, ranking its management, strategy and competitive market position. Finally, the portfolio managers attempt to identify the best values available among the growth companies identified.
