Peter co-manages the Convertible Securities strategy. He has 43 years of investment industry experience and joined a predecessor organization in 2001. Peter spent the preceding 12 years as a portfolio manager at General Motors Investment Management Corp., where he was responsible for the internally managed convertible portfolio as well as a number of externally managed convertible portfolios.
Peter was previously an investment manager for the Manufacturers Life Insurance Co. in Toronto, where he managed convertible and equity portfolios in the U.S. market. A native of Jamaica, Peter graduated in 1964 with a BSc in Economics from the University of London.
