Cris serves as a portfolio manager for private client/fixed income management. His responsibilities include creating customized portfolios to meet the specific needs of private clients and institutions and give them access to ClearBridge's diverse lineup of equity strategies, as well as fixed income investments.
Cris has 33 years of investment industry experience and joined a ClearBridge predecessor organization in 1987. He served as senior investment officer and vice president at Chase Manhattan Private Banking International. Prior to that, Cris had been a portfolio manager at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. and an assistant treasurer at Bankers Trust Co. Cris earned his MBA in finance at Rutgers University and a BA in political science from Randolph Macon College.
